About Koji Okamura

Prof. Koji OKAMURA graduated from Graduate School of Computer Science and Communication Engineering from Kyushu University, Japan in 1990. He got Ph.D. Degree from Graduate School of Information Science and Electrical Engineering, Kyushu University, Japan in 1998. After he graduated the graduate school, he joined Mitsubishi Electric company, Japan in 1990. He moved Graduate School of Information Science, Nara Institute of Science and Technology, Japan in 1992 and moved Computer Center, Kobe University, Japan in 1995 as the research associate. He has been an Associate Professor of Computer Center and Graduate School of Information Science and Electrical Engineering. Kyushu University in 1998. Now he is a Professor of Kyushu University since 2011. Currently he serves vice president for ICT, CISO of Kyushu University and director of Cybersecurity Center. His Research Expertise is, Advanced network operations and security countermeasure by advanced traffic measurements and analysis, developments of education materials and course for Cybersecurity, analysis of Cybersecurity information on Cyberspace, case study for the aging adults supports using ICT.
